Ms. Bernhard’s background as the Director of Operations at HomeVestors, a national franchise specializing in the acquisition of distressed homes along with over 10 years specializing in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health Insurance with State Farm helping protect families and their assets and over 8 years in the title industry has lead Courtney to be a trusted professional in her industry.

Ms. Bernhard is passionate about dealers protecting their most valuable assets and helping improve day to day operations. Ms. Bernhard holds her Florida Real Estate License as well as Florida General Lines, Life Variable Annuity and Health. She is also a member of the National Powersports Dealer Association (NPDA), Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC), Florida Automobile Dealers Association (FADA), and completed the NCM Associates Financial Management Course along with Harvard Business School Financial Accounting.
