Zach Hutcheson is Chief Financial Officer at Correct Craft, a 100-year-old company with global operations. Correct Craft’s subsidiaries include eight boat brands, four engine brands, three water sports parks, and entities devoted solely to vertical integration and innovation. The company has manufacturing facilities across the U.S. and distributes into about 70 countries.

As Chief Financial Officer, Zach is responsible for the finance, accounting, treasury, data analytics, and IT functions for the Correct Craft companies, as well as overseeing the portfolio of propulsion, accessories, service, startup, and innovation group of companies. He is driven to impact everyone he works with by “Making Life Better.”

Zach joined the Correct Craft in 2014 and has held a variety of key positions, including Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Corporate Controller, Finance Manager, and Strategic Analyst. A committed and passionate learner, Zach earned his bachelor and masters of science in accounting. He has also attended executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford University, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Singularity University, and Villanova University. Zach is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is certified in both Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DISC.

Zach is actively involved as a board member of FiCFO, a thought leadership, member-driven organization for CFOs of Florida’s largest companies. He is often asked to speak on innovation, strategic planning and supply chain.

Additionally, in 2022 Zach was recognized by Boating Industry Magazine as one of the industry’s “40 Under 40” leaders. Zach is married to Christine; they have two children, George and Parker. They reside in Orlando, FL.
